1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Customization

Standard MOQ

  • Regular artificial flowers: 500 stems per design (Mixed color batches allowed, minimum 200 stems per color)

  • Seasonal limited editions: 1,000 stems (e.g. Christmas red, cherry blossom series)

Material-Specific Requirements

  • PE material: 500 stems

  • Silk flowers: 1,000 stems

  • Eco-friendly PU: 800 stems

2. Global Supply Chain & Logistics

Warehouse Network

  • Primary hub: Foshan, China

Port Routing

  • Southeast Asia/Australia: Nansha Port (3 weekly express shipments)

  • Europe/Americas: Yantian Port (priority vessel allocation)

  • Urgent orders: Shekou Port (LCL expedited service)

3. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • 30% deposit upon contract signing

  • 70% balance before shipment

FOB Terms

  • Our responsibilities: Production, export clearance, port delivery

Order Process
Contract → 30% Deposit → Production → Inspection → 70% Balance → Shipment → Document Handover

  • Petal layers: Single/Duplex/Gradient (15%-40% cost variance)

  • Stem materials: Iron wire/Acrylic/Real wood coating (load-bearing grades)

  • Dye processes: Standard/UV fade-resistant treatment/Scent infusion

  • Assembly complexity: +$0.2 per additional hand-wrapped joint

Seasonal Adjustments

  • Off-peak discount: 5% subsidy (March-May & September-October)

  • Festival surcharge: 8% premium (45 days before Valentine's/Christmas)

  • Price locking: 6-month advance orders for raw material rate protection
